Spring/Summer..the hose is running

Mason is not weeing in the garden...despite Carter's giggles at this picture. 

 Mason LOVES to be able to turn on the hose and drench the world, I tighten the tap as much as I can and he still manages to get that thing turned on. It is cute the first few times, then annoying the rest of the summer.
