Brennan's Birthday

When Brennan was asked what he wanted for his birthday his answer was, "A cake." Sometimes we feel like we have to do so much for these little tykes and yet, they are happy with so little. We did do more than a cake, but it was the most important things to Brennan. For those who don't know what Ben-10 is, this is an omnitrex cake--google it if you are still confused. :)

Bouncy Castle inside the church is a good time. Raining in England=the ability to compromise with the weather. Uncle Jacob might be the biggest kid of all.
The Elders had an appointment at the church, and the person they were meeting didn't show up. So they had some food, joined in the bouncy castle fun and also were guilty of eating a corner of the cake(Elder W.) without my knowledge.

Brennan is so entertaining to watch when he is the center of attention, he is very animated.

Packages in the mail came on his actually birthday and he was so happy to have his own Omnitrex!
Carter bought Brennan this car and his own bouncy ball, and a shiny stone that he found. I love gifts from one child to the other.
Brennan is such a fun 5 year old. He LOVES baseball at the moment and wants Mondays to be everyday of the week so he can go to baseball. He enjoys school most of the time, although he is counting down the days until summer. He also is a big fan of being home, jumping on the trampoline, climbing, running, and being cheeky. We love you Bren-10!
Mom and Dad clearly felt we didn't have enough cars in the house.

Carter's idea to have Dad help him make a lance for some jousting practice.

Angelman Getaway at Chessington

We went camping for a short weekend away. There were about 10 other families of Angelman kids that we met. It was such a neat experience. Mason with Scott(the only other male there who is 21) That is Lucy behind Mason and Scott. She was so funny and LOVED following Mason around trying to get hugs. Mason plays hard to get, so it is quite a laugh watching all their personalities mesh together.

Capris really wanted Cameron, however he was only interested in Mom or a bed at the time.
After a long night of dancing and playing everyone was sound asleep in the morning and didn't move a muscle when I told them we needed to start waking up.

I think the kids really enjoying meeting the other siblings and spending time with people who think nothing of having someone like Mason around in the family. They don't have to explain anything, worry about stares etc.. they just get on with playing and love every second of the day!

Happy Birthday Mike!

He is full of hot air! Didn't phase him to blow out all 37!
Mike was trying to act surprised for the kiddos, because he is the one that picked out his present. :)

Fun times after a fabulous gift from Jacob, Toni, & girls. :) Testing out the aim and distance, then decided it is probably better as an 'outside' toy.
